Learnitude develops new curriculum for WACSI

Criminal networks are multidisciplinary and transnational, which is why the West Africa Cooperative Security Initiative (WACSI) draws on expertise from across the U.S. government and is built on cooperation with our international partners. The United States is committed to fight transnational organized crime around the world – including in West Africa. WACSI is led by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).

To help achieve WACSI goals, Learnitude has designed and developed a new curriculum in criminal analysis for the West Africa Regional Training Center  which provides specialized investigative training to counter criminal organizations and entities involved in activities that are contrary to the security and economic interests of the U.S. and ECOWAS including illicit trafficking of narcotics, small arms, light weapons, WMD and delivery system components, dual-use items, human smuggling and illegal financial transactions.
